The nervous system rarely comes fully to rest.
Over time, this begins to feel normal —
even when it becomes exhausting.
Unburdened is an invitation to explore a different way of working.
Not by doing more.
Not by improving yourself.
But by changing how responsibility is held in the first place.
What this program is about
This program explores what happens when internal load begins to reduce.
When responsibility becomes clearer.
When support becomes possible again.
When work no longer requires constant activation to function well.

How we work
Over six live weekly sessions, we continue the exploration started in the live class.
Each session includes:

30 minutes of guided input and practice
-
followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A
All sessions are recorded.
You’ll also have access to a shared online space to reflect, integrate, and stay connected between sessions.
This is not a productivity program.
It is a gradual re-orientation of how work is experienced — cognitively, relationally, and somatically.
Week 1 — Tiny Steps
We begin by working with small, workable shifts.
Not as self-management.
But as a way for the system to learn that change does not require pressure.
Tiny steps allow clarity and ease to stabilise — without adding effort.

About us
Mel Ward & Me
Our work combines somatic practice, relational understanding, and modern working environments.
Mel previously worked within the European Commission, bringing direct experience of high-responsibility institutional contexts.
Together, we explore how sustainable excellence becomes possible when responsibility is shared differently — internally and externally.
This first cohort
This is the first time Unburdened is offered.
We intentionally work with a smaller group and stay closely responsive to participants’ experience.
This founding round helps shape the future development of the program.
For this reason, enrollment is currently offered at a reduced founding rate.

Breathwork
Hier übernehmen Atmung und Körper die Arbeit und DU kannst dich völlig entspannen.
Die Methode nennt sich Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery und ist einmalig in Österreich.

aufATMEN. Ich fühle mich entspannt und stark. -Mit Kreativitäts-, Körper- und Atemübungen.
Dieses Angebot ist speziell darauf ausgerichtet, Stress abzubauen und ein Gefühl von Stärke und Entspannung zu fördern. Während der zwei Unterrichtseinheiten wird der gesamte Körper miteinbezogen, um ein ganzheitliches Verständnis von Entspannung und Stärke zu fördern.
