Together, Mel and I are offering a 7-week online course that explores a different approach to work.

For a long time, we’ve been noticing the same pattern:
People who care deeply about their work often carry too much

mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Not because they are doing something wrong, but because many working models leave little space for connection, regulation, and enjoyment.

This course is an exploration of a different way of working.
One that allows performance, connection, and enjoyment to coexist — without being in constant tension with each other.

It is designed for people who want to work well without disconnecting from themselves.
For those who value clarity, presence, and inner stability just as much as effectiveness and impact.

Yoga


As a breath coach, focusing on the breath during yoga classes is particularly important to me - conscious breathing during the asanas and practicing different breathing techniques (pranayama).


These yoga sessions are for you, if:
- you want to have an activating, good start into the day.

- you want to strenghten your body, as well as gain flexibility. (physical health)


- you intend to create some space for YOU. (mental health)

Investment: 175€ for 10 classes in a row
